Dinner recipes for every season
I try to cook with fruits and vegetables when they are in season, as much as possible. It actually helps me plan dinners because I focus on a specific vegetable to work with each week.
It also keeps me from falling into a rut, because there is always another fruit or vegetable I'm looking forward to using in a new recipe.
In spring, I make a lot of dinners using asparagus, artichokes, and even rhubarb. Summer vegetables seem endless, so there are no shortage of recipes. I make a lot of soups and stews throughout fall and winter, working my way through unique varieties of winter squash and using citrus in novel ways.
I hope you enjoy these dinner recipes as much as I do.
